KSI talent, expertise and ability to infuse humor, warmth, and professionalism  into every interaction made them a trusted advisor during our project.  Their background in all things HR made provided the much-needed direction and help to drive the team to the right discussion and decision.  I was so appreciative of their ability to guide our meetings with vendors, exhibiting the values of KSI by demonstrating they were there to support what was best for our company.

Our company moves at a fast pace. We are demanding and none our partners could keep up with us…not even the HCM Implementation Team. KSI was the only partner that outpaced us. Their turnaround was fast, and quality was phenomenal. What was cool was they also made recommendations on things we submitted. The best project manager I have worked with. KSI always drives things to the end. Unbelievable fast in responding to emails; remembers all details for a long time. KSI is also able to quickly adopt their communication style: In one hour they can discuss strategies and in next hour explaining the details to executive members. Thinking 2-3 steps ahead is KSI advantage.  KSI provides thorough thinkers, great listeners and amazing logic thinkers when putting  all process touch points together to simplify the process. Always doing things with humor. 

KSI provided great leaders for both our Global HCM implementation and Program levels for organization in a very complex environment. They are an absolute pleasure to work with (and tons of fun!), but also a very trusted partner.
